Terms of service

The service

FrontLift builds a website for your business using the information you submit. We build only from what you provide. We do not invent hours, services, prices, addresses, reviews, awards or other claims.

Payments

You pay $29 to receive your website preview and $370 after you approve the website, for a total of $399. You never owe the remaining $370 unless you approve and continue.

Refunds

The $29 preview payment is non-refundable. It covers building your custom website preview. You only pay the remaining $370 if you approve your website.

Revisions

One revision round is included before approval. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope of your website. Additional rounds are $25 each, agreed before work begins.

Hosting and domains

Hosting is included for 12 months from launch. After that you may renew hosting for $99/year or move your website elsewhere. There is no automatic renewal charge. You buy, own and renew your domain; domain costs vary by provider. Domain registration, domain renewal and future edits are separate from the website price.

Ownership

After the final payment, ownership of the finished website is transferred to you, along with a download containing your business information, your website links and the files you uploaded.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos and links you submit, and that the business information you provide is accurate.
