What we collect

We collect the account details you sign up with, the business information you submit in the questionnaire, the files you upload, your revision requests, and records of your payments and project status.

How we use it

We use your information only to build, revise and deliver your website, to process your payments, and to email you about your project.

Storage and access

Your questionnaire answers and uploads are stored privately. Only you and FrontLift staff working on your project can access them. Other customers can never see your project, your files or your payment records.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store your card details.

Emails

We send transactional emails about your project: payment confirmations, preview releases, revision updates, approval, delivery and completion.

Advertising cookies and measurement

When you accept cookies, we use the Meta pixel to send Meta Platforms, Inc. the pages you view on this site and the fact that a payment was completed, including its amount. We use this only to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number or the contents of your questionnaire.

Visitors in the UK, Switzerland and the European Economic Area see a cookie notice and nothing is sent unless they choose Accept. Elsewhere this measurement is on by default. Anyone can change their choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; declining stops all further measurement.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your account and project data by emailing support@getfrontlift.com.
